HR Shared Service Center implementation
Tasks:
Setup of a cross-country HR Shared Service Centers including the outsourcing of the payroll in parallel to the implementation of SAP HCM, ensuring effective and efficient processes and services with regard to the service level agreements and the service portfolio framework. In addition, complying to budget restrictions, HR operational process improvements, maintaining assurance of performance and customer satisfaction.
Compliance integration in HR processes
Tasks:
Analyze and adapt the administrative HR processes according to compliance regulations and qualification requirements of employees. Responsibility to set up regular controls to assure compliance and support during HR audits.
HR-IT Roadmap definition and implementation
Tasks:
Design and implementation of a national and international HR-IT Roadmap with strong cooperation with to the Management Board and works council. Development and implementation of project methods and standards for company internal HR-IT projects.
Value integration of the company culture to HR tools and processes
Tasks:
Project Manager with 5 subprojects along the ?employee journey? as part of a companywide cultural initiative to integrate the values into HR instruments and processes.
