  • Managing a team of 21 resources and ensuring the deliverables are met
  • People management, Cross skills development, and resource flexing along with BAU deliverables & SLA adherence with Month end reconciliation
  • Defining QA parameters & coaching strategies, Quality Calibration
  • Incident & Change control management. Identify VOC and drive Process Improvement Projects. From 63% moved to 90%
  • Knowledge Management, SOP/Training Doc Audits & Configuration
  • Application and Process expert with debt reduction expertise for a Collection process
  • Strategies & Implementations to reduce Debt % of the portfolio and recover the account
