I am always working independently and singularly responsible for coordinating a complex recruitment program for hundreds of interviews including pre screens , multiple interview stages, coding and/or other assessment challenges. In my capacity, I always resourc e for several r oles at the same time as well as for different teams and requirements. I am used on starting processes from scratch and delivering top percentile candidates in a short period of time.
I have independently established a scalable, friction free process for screening, interviewing and hiring candidates across multiple geographies within DACH, UK, the US and Israel. By implementing this system it served my client well for progressing several thousand applicants for rare, high demand roles focusing on technical software , machine learning, sales and marketing, quality management, regulatory affairs as well as many executive roles
Throughout the hiring process, I am always highly engaged with candidates: maintain ing a constant and open channel of communication and information, actively brief ing candidates of the company's achievements , current as well as future development plans , and help ing candidates navigate the interview and hiring process without frustration.
My proactive and engaging hands on approach is pivotal in achieving an extremely high rate of offer acceptances in a very competitive market environment that in many cases was more than double the historical benchmark rate.
I am consistently identifying and contributing to opportunities for improving the hiring processes including talent outreach, acquisition and engagement . I highly value focusing on great candidate experience as well as time and resource efficiency.
