Key achievements:
Conducted workshops focused on the renewal of the Mission and Vision in collaboration with the CGF Senior Leadership Team, aligning strategic initiatives with the dynamics of the post-pandemic marketplace
Established the 5-pillar 'Global Sales & Service Engine' Program aimed at enhancing customer loyalty and meeting volume objectives. This included the S&S Value Proposition and Strategy directed at Wayfair Suppliers, along with the design and implementation of the CRM system 'Salesforce'
Delivered coaching and training in sprint/ agile project management and problem-solving, along with mentorship, to the CGF organization, comprising ~300 colleagues, to assist them in achieving their ambitious goals
Led the Tiger Team approach with ~50 colleagues to investigate and solve the critical issue of closing an expected Demand gap of 700 containers/week and to be closed in 8-10 weeks, resulting in 6 prioritized demand & capacity initiatives to problem solve and implement quick wins for
Spearheaded the implementation of the self-build digital freight forwarding platform 'NaviOS', for customers, vendors and CGF Operations (~100 people in 3 time zones)
