I was Project Manager and member of the team for implementation of EC, P&G, S&D, REC, ONB, LMS, CMP and ANA. Due to complexity of the project my role was as Functional Lead and developer for some modules

  • Participate in all phases of the SuccessFactors implementation process from design to deployment
  • Responsible for planning, design, and implementation of all SuccessFactors modules
  • Documenting and analyzing business organisation, processes and information needs using IIBA BABOK and information modelling techniques
  • Working with process leads to document/establish business processes, and translating these into configuration specifications, using SAP Activate methodology.
  • Collaborating with business process leads to identify business benefits and dependencies
  • Capturing the processes of work to date and all wishes for future work in all modules
  • Setup WFA for all SF modules and adapted to customer needs.
  • Setup HCP (Headcount Planning)
  • Made about 80 reports mostly in Advanced reporting and ORD but also in Adhoc + BIRT, Dashboard + Youcalc, for all implemented modules.

Tasks:

  • The customer is a large SAP user and uses the SAP HCM system as well as the SuccessFactors (SF) Employee Central (EC) for HR purposes. Many units and countries process large amounts of data, and intensive communication takes place between the two systems. Most of the processes take place within SF, and HCM continues to be the main payroll system.
  • There is a need for controlled but as automatic as possible deletion of old data both in HCM and in the SuccessFactors environment. The SF DRTM tool covers part of the requirements, but other deletion rules had to be set. It was also necessary to include anonymization on both sides (SF and HCM) as well as all instance and for different countries.
  • Given that SF has only been in use for a few years, the challenge was to create an environment in which it is necessary to demonstrate the required processes that will take place over time in the future in both systems (SF and HCM) under preset conditions of mutual communication.
  • A client with such a long SAP tradition also has a ticketing and CR system, which needed to be cared more effectively.
  • CR and tickets were all resolved in a very short time. We always found a way to the level required by the client or higher, sometimes with solution that the client did not think
  • 65 countries


2021 - 2022: I wasimplementation Variable Pay for Austria and Time Management for Croatia

Tasks:

  • The client had a request of establishing a bonus system according to its established rules and past long-standing practices. The existing system therefore had to be mapped to the SuccessFactors environment.
  • For this purpose, I chose Variable Pay (VP), which I adjusted so that it looked the same and behaved like the old system. For many things in the VP, it was necessary to find workarounds and adjust them to behave as the client expected.
  • The system had to be set up so that the HR Compensation department has the least work, to be as flexible as possible, yet with the most control over all processes.
  • A special challenge was the preparation of statements and reports within the HR as well as displays in the Report Center and the transfer of HCM data, where payroll is calculated.
  • I was partially involved into implementation process
  • In Time Management project, I was member of the team, helping colleagues to fulfill very demanding customer requirements for Timesheets and Time Off, customizing and including features available in new Time Tracking.

  • The calculation benefits from using SAP SuccessFactors through the SAP Value Lifecycle Management and running a workshop to help complete the questionnaire.
  • Find compromises between the wishes and options of the SF application, and prepare a blue print document.
  • Prepare feasibility study for two-way communication between Core SAP and SuccessFactors
  • Together with the client implemented SSO with local Active Directory installation
