I started as a director to lead a product group of product managers, product owners, UX/UI experts and project managers for two product lines. One of the product lines was then launched with a cross-functional business unit led by me and reporting to the CEO
Later, I focused on building the product but also took full responsibility for the P&L with sales, product marketing and marketing communications, business intelligence and support
Recently I was asked to build a bespoke product solution based on D365 to deliver ERP/F&O, Sales/CRM and Ecommerce to TeamViewer's global workforce and large online business. This led to the biggest challenge for TeamViewer to deliver such a solution during the rapid growth of the company, including acquisitions and IPO, and to roll it out in over 200 countries
