Developed anomaly detection with autoencoder (neural network) in Python including Explainable artificial intelligence (XAI) module running as a microservice in a Docker container for high scalability (Python, Keras, TensorFlow, REST, Docker). The aim was to find out from log files with network data whether something is abnormal. For example, user A logged in incorrectly 10 times in a row over the weekend ? that would be an example of a possible anomaly which the AI then tries to detect. The system is trained beforehand with normal network data of, for example, a time window of one month
Worked on alarm time series forecasting for predictive maintenance using a preexisting database in cooperation with the Austrian Mineral Oil Administration Stock Company (OMV) using different AI approaches (Python, Keras, TensorFlow, LSTM)
