Short Description:
The project involved realigning EA from an operational project management function to a strategic function. New processes, roles and responsibilities were defined and the EA acted as a strategic partner for the global IT roadmap. In close coordination with the specialist department, the EA function drove improvement (process and technical). In addition, new EA methods and agile approaches were introduced to achieve goals and improve communication within the organization.

The project comprised the introduction of a new supply chain planning management system, the identification of relevant processes and systems and the analysis of the global impact. Use cases were defined and suitable software selected in close coordination with the specialist departments. A roadmap was drawn up to roll out the system and processes worldwide. Finally, the results were presented to the C-level.

Short Description:
The project included the introduction of a new data model for the ?Finance? domain and the ?Business Partner? concept to bring suppliers and customers together. In close coordination with the specialist departments, relevant processes, systems and stakeholders were identified, the future data model was developed and its effects analyzed. A target scenario was outlined in order to compare the current situation with a target picture, and the necessary steps, such as process adjustments, software selection and the definition of new roles, were worked out. Finally, the results were presented to senior management.
