Finally, the results were presented to the C-level.

In close coordination with the specialist departments, relevant processes, systems and stakeholders were identified, the future data model was developed and its effects analyzed. A target scenario was outlined in order to compare the current situation with a target picture, and the necessary steps, such as process adjustments, software selection and the definition of new roles, were worked out. Finally, the results were presented to senior management.

  • Introduction of the ?Business Partner? concept - merging suppliers and customers
  • Identification of relevant processes, systems and stakeholders
