• Corporate innovation manager responsible for LeasePlan?s digital innovation team. Successfully founded and grew the team from 0 to 6 members. Main area of focus was delivering innovation projects to improve customer experience and explore new business opportunities. Succeeded in securing funding for various innovation projects by presenting compelling business cases to CxOs.
• Team was responsible for all mobile app developments (iOS & Android), improving the UX for LeasePlan?s customer & supplier portal, using SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 and replacing Excel-based reporting with interactive, online dashboards built in SAP Business Objects to enable self-service reporting to customers. This was done as part of the UX strategy, which I had developed earlier.
• Furthermore, developed and delivered LeasePlan?s innovation strategy. As part of that, engaged two companies to start co-innovation initiatives in the predictive analytics and connected car space.
• In addition, built and validated several proof of concepts (PoC) and MVPs, most notably integrating SAP HANA Cloud Platform into LeasePlan?s onpremise SAP enterprise landscape. The results of this PoC were not only relevant for LeasePlan Australia, but played a key role in the decision for LeasePlan Global?s future IT platform.

• Enterprise solution architect lead, leading a team of 14 solution specialists, responsible for all change requests and projects to the entire SAP enterprise landscape (SAP CRM, ECC, SRM, Enterprise Portal) as well as LeasePlan?s mobile apps for iOS & Android.
• Introduced, implemented and executed Lean Startup methodology, agile software delivery and design thinking principles within the team, the entire IT department and the broader business.
• Developed and successfully presented a UX strategy and roadmap to senior executives with the purpose to modernise all of LeasePlan?s digital properties to provide a seamless digital experience to customers anywhere anytime. Strategy and funding got approved mid 2015.
• Implemented and executed more than 20 work place improvements.

• Solution Specialist in the area of SAP CRM. Main responsibility was the successful delivery of change requests and projects from the initial idea to the deployment of the solution to the production system. Therefore, requiring all sorts of skills, such as working closely with business stakeholders, analysing business requirements, investigating different solution options, designing and developing the solution, deploying the solution to production and supporting it afterwards, while at the same time managing time, scope and budget as well as keeping all stakeholders upto- date about the progress.
• In addition, managed the successful release of LeasePlan?s first iOS and Android mobile app designed for drivers. First time using SCRUM at LeasePlan to develop and deploy a product. Held roles as scrum master, solution architect and backend developer due to shortage of resources. Furthermore, introduced and implemented changes to existing processes and made various improvements to the work place and the way we worked together.
