For a global player in smart farming I helped winning a large scale project, and managed it from start to mass production. I designed the architecture of all hardware, firmware, the wireless mesh networking protocol and lead our internal teams for hardware, software, manufacturing and external teams at the customer and factories.

  • After lots of debugging and optimization it worked out well
