2010 - 2016: Implementation of large scale digital marketing programs

Tasks:

Founding equity partner in Branding Agency, responsible for technology;

• Built and led a team of ten developers with shared responsibility for the larger digital team of 25 strategists, designers, writers and developers
• Responsible for shipping up to $4 mil in digital products per year
• Led the development of multiyear assignments for large organizations, e.g. implementation of UL?s digital strategy 2010 - 2015 (UL is a $2bn comp. with 10k employees)
• Responsible for the implementation of large scale digital marketing programs, incl. paid social, paid search, display ad and inbound marketing with annual budgets of $2 mil;
• Re-launched a brand management sofware (SaaS, ~$1 mil revenue), managed UI design and development (product owner), responsible for roadmap and product strategy
• Evaluated, recruited and managed a remote development team in Bangalore, India

2008 - 2010: hyperlocal social network

Co-founder in Digital Design Agency, multiple responsibilities during start-up phase (technology, finance, new business), sold to MBLM;

• Created numerous real estate brands and activation programs for leading real estate, architectural and institutional clients (e.g. Related Companies)
• Started a hyperlocal social network (?STACKD?) which gained press coverage and 150 participating companies
• Built a soccer alerts app that successfully launched during Word Cup (Joint Venture with client)

2005 - 2008: business development

Co-founder, Board Member and CMO of marketing sofware company responsible for marketing and product development;

• Built company from start-up to become Black & Decker?s lead digital agency in Europe within one year
• Created sofware solutions and launched a SaaS Digital Asset Management product
• Secured VC and lead company through negotiations; achieved a 12 mil Deutschmarks ($6 mil) valuation
