  • Creative & Strategic Lead of the Gaming on TikTok initiative: Successfully build the product marketing initiative from scratch, marking TikTok?s entry in the gaming community. Achieved this by proactively bringing executives and regional teams on one page, resulting in a global launch in 26 countries. Worked closely with the events team, sales team and product team to create integrated marketing campaigns with revenue targets. Performance improved with each event, first with gamescom, then with above benchmark results at PGW. Built the go-to market plan for the #WhatToPlay program in the EMEA region and negotiated deals with international partners - resulting in 30+ campaigns with 7-8 figure impressions each, driving product feature awareness and product adoption.
  • Strategy Development and Project Management to launch platform sub-communities IRL, for example #BookTok and #CleanTok. Led marketing strategy and briefed creative agencies on community events and partnerships, hitting performance targets in product feature awareness. Responsible for regional go-to-market strategy, day-to-day agency communication, also consulting on creative concepts with creative strategists, driving a measurable increase in community engagement and product feature engagement.
  • Drive product awareness based on keyword search: Working closely with the product team as well as regional and local marketing teams, using insights of keyword search to build campaigns promoting new product features that are audience relevant.

Created the first offline event during pandemic: Invited UEFA ambassadors for a Legends Game with creators and young members of the NGO Sport dans la ville in a branded football pitch in Paris. Overall partnership drove measurable brand association in the sports sector.
  • Built measurement plan for cross-department collaboration, liased with product team to integrate goals in marketing campaigns to drive awareness of new product features.
