- Laed ?he stream Change Management in a large (+/- 1,400 Relationship Managers, Assistant Managers and Investment Advisors) Digital Transformation & Regulatory project in Switzerland and Europe. Set up and execution of Communication, Education and Community Building plans in the rollout of a digital suite (project DiAS - link) based on digitalization and regulatory aspects (MiFID II). Designed and delivered comprehensive training (classroom and e-Learning highly ranked by users. Oversaw community building activities (events and presentations), created content (inspirational internal articles with and high click-through, readership and impact rate; written diverse communications for CEO, Senior Management and external media; delivered onsite technical support team during activation phase (regarded as key success factor).
- Laed ?he ? Education and Change Managemen?? for- 160 Relationship Managers, Assistant Managers and Investment Advisors in the Middle East (UAE, Lebanon and Bahrain). PMO set up (framework, infrastructure, SharePoint, steering committees, templates, status updates, etc.). Elaborated and delivered concept, design planning and execution, including KPIs for the stream and team members for the areas of Communications and Education. The rollout included deployment of two software (DiAS and HeatMap) as well as a new concept for sales staff, standardising the company approach towards service packages. Designed and delivered simulation-based sales training (the Esprit).
- Held ?he role of ?Change Manager in ?two differen? regulatory & risk projects ( Product Risk and Product Governance projects), both with global scope. Delivered concepts and developed educational materials (incl. e-learning, classroom content design, handbook and factsheets). Created communication concepts, story lines and produced internal marketing materials (banners, posters, etc.), video explainers as well as created diverse content through company internal news, blog articles, presentations and communication for Senior Management.

- Conceptualised, set up and launched (A to Z ) a fashion business with focus on sustainability, including stakeholder management, pitches and presentations, contract negotiation, team / virtual teams leadership, agencies management, production overview, import/export, marketing, sales (B2B & B2C), fashion events organisation (i.e. Berlin Fashion Week, Catwalks), Public Relations (more than 40 articles published in Europe at no cost), design and project management of complex e-Commerce platform, acquisition of diverse industry certifications, transparent reporting and others.
- First company worldwide (a) to sign a Charitable Partnership Agreement with two United Nations Secretariats (Docip, FSD), (b) to produce trunks and briefs (male underwear styles) using 100% recycled fabric (PET-Bottles recycling), (c) to carry ?he " ?PETA-Appro?ed Vegan? label in its field and diverse social achievements and prizes.
2011 - 2013: Development and Designed, managed and delivered Swarovski

Tasks:
- Designed, managed and delivered Swarovski Leadership Academy programmes, from nomination to graduation and covering the entire leadership lifecycle (incl. board members).
- Conducted feasibility study, analysed and defined company competence model, applied external benchmarking, interpreted results and provided proposal for a new company Retail Academy. The proposal was implemented, without modifications, for its initial set up and operation.
- Developed Talent Management Assessment methodology for Swarovski high potentials.
- Designed and managed ?he" Academ online?" project, serving the department needs and able to duplicate data management capabilities.

Role: Business Manager Communications

Tasks:
- Worked closely with Global Head of Communications and COO, whilst providing business support (contract management, negotiations, policies & procedures, presentations, projects, financial reporting, sponsorships evaluation as well as various ad-hoc projects).
- Member of the Crisis Management team and responsible for the Swiss offices for the Man Group Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery plan (i.e. during the N1H1 pandemic). Responsibilities for ensuring staff and premises safety and security, rapid business assessment of potential impact, internal communications and others. Led different drill exercises (awareness exercises, buildings evacuation, communication plan activation, lessons learned evaluation, plan adaptation, etc.)
- Involvement on shareholder meetings, Group Annual Report and PR Management.
- Responsible for global subscriptions, having negotiated fees for the group and creating savings of over USD100k during 2009.
