Neben fachlicher Expertise, nicht nur im IT Service-Management, aber auch in IT Architektur und IT Sicherheit, zeichnet sich der Senior IT Berater durch eine hohe Empathie, Hilfsbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit aus, und wir waren mit seiner Leistung in jeder Hinsicht außerordentlich zufrieden. Auch bei sehr hoher Belastung habe ich ihn stets als fokussiert und freundlich erlebt, und er stellte stets seine Führungskompetenz und Expertise unter Beweis. "The IT specialist has impressed me with his diligence, his application to work, his methodology and desire for getting the work completed. He pays close attention to detail and has a systematic and logical approach to his work which has been key in making the implementation of Planview a success. Even though the physical distance has been a barrier the IT specialist has gained the respect of the team and his peers by demonstrating his knowledge and experience but also his thoroughness in completing the tasks he is assigned. ln this respect he has fitted well into the team as we already have a reputation for Operational Excellence and has ensured this reputation continues through the work he does. The supposedly simple task of decommissioning the Planview 9 instance turned out to be more involved and time consuming than originally envisaged and the IT specialist showed persistence and determination in finalising the decommissioning. ln respect of Operational excellence, he has exceeded my expectations; he actively pursues process and quality improvements and effectively coordinates and allocates resources to execute strategy. This is the first review I have done for this IT specialist and I think he has had a number of challenges to overcome. Firstly he has had to work on his own as the rest of the team are London based. This has not been easy for him and from a management point of view has been more difficult for me. However, I have been pleased that he has shown that he is very self motivated, can use his initiative when necessary and does not need day to day management to get on and do his work. Through his work on the Planview implementation I believe this IT specialist has contributed to business strategy, plans and implementation tactics, he has been proactive in implementing solutions and as a consequence has added business value to our partners. I think the IT specialist has also reinforced the message of discipline which is needed in our development and implementation activities, he has an ordered and structured approach to work but is also flexible enough to accommodate changes to that approach when required. This structured approach is evident in the positive feedback from the team. He promotes his own behaviour in line with the bank values of Customer Focus, Teamwork, Innovation, Performance and Trust. The IT specialist has played a major part in making the Planview 10.0 implementation and the subsequent Planview 9.0 decommissioning successful. He has in-depth knowledge of the IT and infrastructure requirements applications and as such he has greatly contributed to the success of the Planview implementation and subsequent ongoing support and maintenance. He had to quickly build up his knowledge of Planview and of the associated tools and processes required to implement it. He did this mostly by his own initiative and was another demonstration of his self motivation. With the IT specialist it has been a case of having the right person in the right place at the right time to make the project successful and I think in the process of implementing Planview he has also learnt from the experience and this knowledge will be invaluable in any future application implementation. He seems to have built a strong network within his peer and client groups and he has leveraged this as and when appropriate to help this project succeed. He has a genuine hunger to learn and as well as attending all mandatory internal training courses, he has also attended a number of courses which have helped him in his current and any future roles he may have in the organisation.
