SUMMARY
Letter of reference from [Name by Request] Hamilton Sundstrand (today Goodrich)
Xxxxx Xxxxx worked for me for about a year at a very important on-site assignment in northern England. While I was the Electronics Manager for Hamilton Sundstrand's Air Management Systems in the U.S., I needed someone who could work effectively with the U.K. supplier and their India software supplier. I needed someone who could handle the technical issues and handle the program coordination issues as well. Xxxxx worked along with a U.S. engineer of mine to assure that the supplier provided a quality product and met the schedule commitments.
I was completely happy with Xxxxx's skills and his efforts for this Boeing 787 motor controller program. He was a great help on that DO-178B project. I would highly recommend him for any project or assignment.

To Whom it may concern,
This letter is to provide a reference to Mr Xxxxx Xxxxx on the work he has done in
collaboration with Turbo Power System Limited on the development of the software for the RAM
Fan Motor Controller for the Boeing 787 Dreamliner.
Mr Xxxxx Xxxxx was hire by Hamilton Sundstrand Winsor Lock operation to provide oversight
for the TPS and an Indian offshore team for the development of the motor controller software.
Mr Xxxxx Xxxxx worked in our facilities in Newcastle, North East of the UK from September
2007 to February 2009.
Mr Xxxxx Xxxxx has quickly took the role of Project Leader performing the critical oversight role to
ensure full implementation and validation of the software per DO178B to an agreed schedule.
Throughout this period, as the Technology Officer of Turbo Power Systems, I worked very closely
with Mr Xxxxx Xxxxx and I appreciated his thorough understanding of the software requirements of
the project. He worked closely with the resident team in the UK as well as the off-shore team in
Bangalore. He ensured that all the parts of the software came together in the seamless way.
Mr Xxxxx Xxxxx is a team player and can integrate and work collaboratively with various teams with
different backgrounds. He is well respected and appreciated by his colleagues.
I would not hesitate to work with Mr Xxxxx Xxxxx again if the opportunity arises.
Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you require aNY further information.
